{"product_id":"erased-de-kooning-by-robert-rauschenberg-1953-poster","title":"Erased De Kooning by Robert Rauschenberg (1953) – Poster","description":"A nearly blank sheet of paper holds the erased drawing. This is Erased De Kooning, a quiet rebellion in white and cream, with faint ghost traces of graphite visible under raking light. The surface carries the soft texture of paper, the subtle sheen of worn pencil marks fighting to stay seen. The frame is absent, the space open, the action itself the subject. Robert Rauschenberg turned erasure into creation, asking what remains when something is taken away. In 1953, he sought out Willem de Kooning, a respected Abstract Expressionist, and convinced him to contribute a drawing for this act. The result is a work that questions authorship, value, and the very definition of art, all while appearing as nothing. This Erased De Kooning art print brings that bold, almost invisible gesture into your home as a conversation piece for those who see art in the spaces between. Hang it where light and shadow play, and watch the erased lines reappear before your eyes. Robert Rauschenberg poster or wall art, it invites a second look, always.","brand":"Wall Deco","offers":[{"title":"45x60 cm \/ 18x24″","offer_id":52975223275837,"sku":"5ec2938c-ff79-4acb-b6b4-d634ea9748c8","price":188.0,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":true},{"title":"75x100 cm \/ 30x40″","offer_id":52975223308605,"sku":"d9f8102a-1e54-4102-9fa5-14eb16e7974f","price":259.0,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1017\/5148\/8829\/files\/e78bc638-ae8c-4bce-a543-d8e36d30ac2b.webp?v=1788577828","url":"https:\/\/walldecoree.com\/products\/erased-de-kooning-by-robert-rauschenberg-1953-poster","provider":"Wall Deco","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
