2. Our Products

Every item we sell is printed and finished to order on premium materials. The images on our product pages are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, because our products are made on demand, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur from one print to the next, and colours may appear differently on your screen than they do in person. These natural variations are part of made-to-order art and are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue you a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers; we do not store your full card details. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Where applicable, taxes, duties, or import charges may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout or charged on delivery by your local authorities.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Because each item is made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we can only guarantee delivery to the address you provide, and orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are custom-made for each customer, returns and refunds are limited to orders that arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or that are lost in transit. Full details, including how to make a claim, are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
