At Wall Decoree, every piece is made to order and delivered to your door completely free, anywhere in the world. The price you see is the price you pay — no shipping fees, ever. We don't hold stock in a warehouse; the moment you place an order, your artwork is printed and finished on premium materials at the production facility closest to your delivery address. This keeps quality high, waste low, and delivery fast, wherever you are.
Made-to-order production
Your order is produced through a global print network of 250+ production partners across 32 countries. Because around 95% of orders are printed locally, close to the customer, your art travels a shorter distance — meaning faster delivery, sturdier packaging, and a smaller carbon footprint.
Production time
Because each item is printed just for you, please allow a short production window before your order ships:
- Posters, prints, and fine art prints: 1–3 business days
- Framed posters and framed prints: 2–4 business days
- Canvas and framed canvas: 2–5 business days
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time (after production)
Once your order leaves the facility, estimated transit times are:
- Local / domestic: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- North America: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 6–12 business days
Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time, so most orders arrive within one to two weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, weather, remote destinations, and busy periods such as the holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Packaging
Your art is well protected on its journey. Posters and prints ship rolled in sturdy protective tubes or flat in reinforced mailers, depending on size, so they arrive crease-free. Framed pieces ship in recycled, recyclable cardboard with corner protectors, and our shatter-resistant plexiglass glazing travels far more safely than glass. Canvases ship in custom-fit boxes with corner protection for the stretched edges and frame.
Customs and import taxes
Shipping is free worldwide. However, for some international destinations, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by your country's authorities and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in the product price.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can only guarantee delivery to the address you provide. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

Poster / Art Print — without frame
Your artwork on heavyweight, museum-quality paper in a Premium Matte (uncoated) or Semi-Gloss (silk-coated) finish. Arrives rolled in a sturdy protective tube (or flat in a reinforced mailer for smaller sizes), ready for the frame of your choice. Frame not included.
Poster / Art Print — with frame
The same premium print, delivered fully framed and ready to hang out of the box. The frame is solid oak wood (ash for black and white finishes), 20mm thick with visible natural grain — in natural oak, black, or white. Fitted with shatter-resistant premium plexiglass (not fragile glass) and FSC-certified backing. Hanging hardware included — an easel stand on smaller sizes, sawtooth hangers on larger ones. Just peel off the protective film and hang.
Fine Art Giclée Print — without frame
Our finest paper: a museum-quality 200 gsm enhanced matte, acid-free, FSC-certified fine art paper, printed with a 12-colour giclée process and pigment-based archival inks that resist fading for 100+ years. Perfect for painting reproductions and detailed artwork. Arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame. Frame not included.
Fine Art Giclée Print — with frame
The same archival fine art print, delivered fully framed and ready to hang, in a solid oak frame (natural oak, black, or white) with shatter-resistant plexiglass and FSC-certified backing. Hanging hardware included.
Canvas — without frame (Gallery Wrap)
Printed on premium coated canvas — a cotton-and-polyester blend weighing 300–350 gsm with a genuine artist's texture and bright, true whites. Hand-stretched over a solid wooden frame and ready to hang as a gallery wrap, with the image wrapping around the edges. Choose Slim (2cm) for a clean, modern profile or Thick (4cm) for a bold gallery look. Arrives in a custom-fit protective box.
Framed Canvas — with floating frame
Your canvas set inside a solid wood floating frame (poplar or pine, FSC-certified), roughly 2–3cm deep, with a refined gap between canvas and frame for that premium "floating" effect. In Natural Wood, Dark Brown, or Black. Arrives ready to hang, with all hardware included — a sawtooth bracket, screws or nails, and a hook.
