Return and refund policy
Thanks for shopping at Wall Decoree. We want you to love what ends up on your wall, so here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Everything we sell is made to order. When you place an order, your artwork is printed and finished just for you — we don't pull it off a shelf. Because of that, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind, or if the wrong size or option was chosen by mistake. Please take a moment to check your size, your framing choice (with frame / no frame), and the artwork before you check out.
That said, we completely stand behind the quality of every piece we send out. We'll happily replace your order or give you a full refund if:
- it arrives damaged or broken,
- there's a print fault — a misprint, wrong colours, blurring, marks, or a flaw in the paper, canvas, or frame,
- you received the wrong item, size, or option, or
- your order is lost in transit and never turns up.
To start a claim, email us at support@walldecoree.com within 14 days of your order arriving. Please include your order number, a quick description of what's wrong, and a clear photo or two of the item and the issue (a photo of the packaging helps too if it arrived damaged). Once we've had a look and approved it, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to post the faulty item back to us.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the money to show up.
Cancellations and changes: because we start production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into print — usually within a few hours of you placing it. If you need to make a change, email support@walldecoree.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once printing has started, we're not able to alter the order.
One last note on colour: screens are all calibrated a little differently, so the colours you see on your phone or monitor may look slightly different from the finished print. A small variation like this is completely normal and isn't considered a fault.
Questions about anything at all? We're happy to help — just email support@walldecoree.com.
