Welcome to Wall Deco (walldecoree.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of walldecoree.com and any purchase you make from us (the "Services"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you can enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Our Products

Every item we sell is printed and finished to order on premium materials. Product images represent each piece as accurately as possible, but because items are made on demand, slight variations in colour, texture and finish can occur, and colours may look different on your screen. These natural variations are not defects. Our prints are reproductions; they are not original artworks.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, for example in the case of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud or unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Where applicable, taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout or charged on delivery by your local authorities.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. Because each item is made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Estimated production and delivery times are on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order for each customer, returns and refunds are limited to orders that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, or that are lost in transit. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The website design, text, logos and graphics are protected by intellectual property laws. You may enjoy your purchase for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you believe any image on our website infringes your rights, email support@walldecoree.com and we will review it promptly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to introduce harmful code, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
